Customers who purchase LyteNyte Grid PRO receive 12 months of technical support, updates, upgrades, and access to new releases. This is included automatically in the license plan. These 12 months are known as the license term.

During the license term, the customer receives ongoing technical support and access to any updates, upgrades, and new releases that are made available.

The customer retains the perpetual right to use any version of LyteNyte Grid PRO released during the license term, not just the version available at purchase.

After the license term ends, customers who choose NOT TO renew their licenses still retain the perpetual right to use any LyteNyte Grid PRO version made available during their license term.

The timeline shows that the customer can only access versions 1.1 to 2.0. Versions 2.1 and later, released after their license term has ended, are inaccessible. Technical support ends when the license term expires.

Customers are encouraged to renew their licenses to maintain access to ongoing technical support and newer versions of LyteNyte Grid. This renewal ensures continued full service and support.
